First ROS tutorial

Our first ROS tutorial is out!! 
If you want to get your first step in #ROS this is the place to.
You can learn how to control a robot (Turtlesim) by terminal or with a python script.

It can be run on Linux or Windows (WSL) through the use of Docker.
